Frequently Asked Questions

After the process of the design is finalized, the client will get a zipped folder full of a variety of files labelled for different reasons. They are JPEG, PDF, EPS, PNG, and SVG. 

We work closely with some printers to help our clients out, but we are not responsible for printing errors, especially if the client has reviewed the design or document many times before sending it to the printer. 

It is in a residential office in Cremona, Alberta. 30 minutes North of Cochrane. We do meet new clients, and we attend events as well. 

We are not one of those designers who only send three samples, and the client has to choose from them. We believe in building the design with our clients together, so we keep going until it's perfect. The price starts at a flat fee, but if it goes over, an hour charge is added.
